Embracing Radical Acceptance

Letting go of the need to control, judge, and wish things were different than they are.”

Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 52 hit hard – it still does. However, it’s also the key that’s finally helping me understand my life and myself. This journey is a process, and I’m excited to share it. I don’t know exactly where it will lead, but I’ve always valued the journey itself, so I’m ready to see what unfolds. I hope you’ll join me.

Let me introduce myself…

Hey, I’m Sophie Wegat. I’m passionate about showing individuals and families that neurodivergent people have a valued place in this world. With the right support and nourishment, we can share our unique gifts and become the change-makers of the future.

Through my family’s lived experience with autism, ADHD, and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), I share how we create a life that thrives for each of us. You’ll often find me discussing neurodivergence, the importance of inclusion, the journey of building a dōTERRA business, and my passion for dōTERRA’s powerful essential oils.

The image shows a bottle of doTERRA Bergamot essential oil placed below a bold, inspirational quote that reads, “She believed she could. So she did.” The minimalist design on a light green background emphasizes the uplifting message, pairing it with the calming, citrus essence of bergamot oil.
This image features a cartoon character with pink hair expressing strong emotions, appearing frustrated or angry with hands gripping their head and surrounded by motion lines to show intensity. The background text reads, "Big Emotions Making Life Tough? You're not alone."

Kids & Big Emotions Classes

I created the Kids and Big Emotions class as a mum who truly understands. Learn practical ways to support your child with essential oils, establish routines, and build an emotional toolkit that genuinely works.

The class is free and held monthly in Coffs Harbour. I also offer one-on-one and online options.
